Privacy Policy

We offer a free standard delivery service to most parts of Germany. We do not ship to PO Boxes, military and restricted areas, all ports and Jurong Island.

Within 2 business days after our warehouse confirms payment, all orders will be processed and shipped Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). This may vary due to online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, order packaging and shipping, etc. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders received.

Local delivery

Customers have 2 shipping methods: Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.

✔ Standard delivery time is approximately 10 minutes. Within 5 working days from the order date.

✔ Express delivery takes place within approx. 30 minutes. Within 3 working days from the order date.
